Destination Fitness is all about the outdoors and seeing the city through the eyes of fitness. Each route is different and we use the city as our gym. This is an intermediate boot camp that involves running from spot to spot. This boot camp is for anyone who loves working out outdoors. If you are running 5k’s, this will for sure help you with a faster time. The focus of the program is bodyweight, some resistance band, and running to help tone your body. You can expect some routes to have speed drills, strength training, hill runs, and more. Run the city and workout with your instructor that specializes in boot camps in town! (45 min class)
