During our online 1/2 hr consultation, we will discuss your goals, fill out your skills intake assessment, and start the goal-setting process.  After the consultation, all of your personalized program will begin.  You will download the app and have access to your personalized nutrition guide that has calculated your personal needs, daily/weekly check-ins, resources, progress, and access to me with a messenger system.  It covers 4 weeks of check-ins. There is a one-time consultation fee of $199 for 4 weeks of guidance. You will have everything you need to get started on your new healthy habits.
